Open the song in the tool above and drag the Pitch slider. Pitch and speed are separate sliders, so the tempo stays as it was unless you move Speed yourself. When it sounds right, choose MP3 or WAV and press Save.
Count the piano keys between the two keys, including the black ones. G to F is 2 semitones down (−2) and C to E♭ is 3 up (+3). The slider goes up to 6 semitones either way, which reaches every key. When the key of the song is detected, the tool shows the new key as you move, and turning on Semitones keeps the value on whole steps.
Shifts of 1 to 3 semitones usually sound natural. Bigger shifts can make voices sound thinner when raised or darker when lowered, so move in small steps and listen while the song plays. For the cleanest file, save as WAV.

Yes. With Semitones turned off, Pitch moves in hundredths of a semitone, for example +0.30. That helps when a recording is slightly sharp or flat compared with your instrument. To bring a song from A = 440 Hz to A = 432 Hz, set Pitch to about −0.32.
